What Our Warranty Covers

Knife Sets & Individual Blades

All Koto Blades, including knife sets and individual knives, are backed by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer's defects. These include issues arising from materials or craftsmanship. However, please note the following conditions:

  • Exclusions:
    • Damage caused by misuse, such as cutting hard objects (e.g., bones, frozen foods).
    • Rust, discoloration, or damage resulting from improper care (e.g., dishwasher use, soaking in water).
    • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dull edges, or cosmetic changes.
  • Care Instructions: Follow our Care Instructions to ensure longevity.
  • Inspection: We may require photos or inspections to verify claims.

Accessories & Non-Cutlery Items
